Okay this is the first English-Tagalog tutorial on this website. A good way to learn Tagalog or any language is starting at the basic.
Pronunciation (credits to this site):
a – like the u in up and cut (in the majority of English dialects)
e -like the e in end and bed
i – like the i in machine and marine
o – like the o in old and sold
u – like the u in rude and oo in moon
ng – this requires more time to learn. Let’s start with the word “singer”. Then pronounce it like with silent r – “singa”. Next, remove the “si-” just “nga”. Tagalog words like ngipin (teeth) uses it. So it’s “ngi” and “pin”.
