Finger Lickin’ Good at Bacolod Chicken Inasal. A Bad Experience.

Finger Lickin’ Good at Bacolod Chicken Inasal. A Bad Experience.

Why finger lickin good?

Please read on why…

Last December 1, after our football team won our third match. We went straight to Greenhills Shopping Center to somehow celebrate that victory.

The group decided that we eat at Bacolod Chicken Inasal. Bacolod Chicken is at located at the G-Strip, right in front of Greenhills Shopping Center, in the parking lot.

My team mates and club mates ordered their own meals, and I myself ordered Lumpia, forgot the exact price, but I believe it was less than 100 pesos. I chose lumpia because it was cheaper.

We waited for more than 20 minutes for the meals to arrive in our table, until I heard something that I find it hard to believe. “Sir, sorry po, wala na pong lumpia.” (Sorry sir, there are no more lumpia). I tried to control myself, and I did. In my mind I was saying: “What?!! I waited for more than 20 minutes for my food, only to be told that there are no more lumpia!”

I thought that the lumpia was given to another customer, perhaps a friend of theirs or a celebrity that happened to eat at Bacolod Chicken Inasal.

I just asked their manager if he could allow to bring in food from outside. He nodded and apologized. So I ran to Kentucky Fried Chicken and bought a Box Snack Meal or something like that.

Some food establishments give freebies to their customers if the former mess up their service. I was not given, even a free drink. I even paid for their cold coffee with a bland flavor.

Have you experienced something similar that I’ve had with Bacolod Chicken Inasal?
