A TV5 crew chanced upon a motorist who mauled an MMDA officer.
The motorist is Robert Blair Carabuena, while the poor guy is Sonny Fabros.
The incident happened in Capitol Hills Drive corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City.
Incident like this is a usual occurrence in the streets of Metro Manila.
